How to watch Candy Shorts: login, devices and free episodes

If you are wondering where to watch Candy AI Shorts, the short list is those two sites and nothing else: full episodes stream only there, while social networks carry trimmed teasers. There is no app to download either. Everything below comes from the two official sites, their terms and Candy AI's help center, checked on October 2, 2026.

Where Candy Shorts live: candyshorts.com vs candy.ai

Both sites play the same video files from Candy AI's servers and bill through the same company, EverAI. candyshorts.com is the simpler, watch-only front door. candy.ai is the full platform, with chat and generation next to the Shorts tab, and the only place the Spicy tier appears.

Which one to use? If you only want to sample the free episodes, candyshorts.com is quicker because it doesn't ask you to sign in. If you want the Spicy titles, want to unlock single episodes with tokens, or already use Candy AI chat, go through candy.ai. Your membership follows the account, not the site.

Candy AI login: one account for both sites

Candy Shorts has no separate account system. The candyshorts.com privacy notice says account registration and payment take place through Candy.ai, and the Shorts membership is Candy AI Premium under the same plan IDs and prices. So "Candy AI login" and "Candy Shorts login" are the same thing: one account, one subscription.

1. Type candy.ai into your browser yourself rather than following an ad or a search result you're unsure of. The sign-in page is candy.ai/users/sign_in.
2. Sign in, or create an account. Candy AI's Underage Policy describes an age gate where users "must affirm that they are above 18".
3. Depending on where you live, you may be asked for more: the terms and privacy notice allow further age verification "in accordance with local requirements".
4. Open the Candy Shorts tab, pick a series and start at episode 1. Episodes carry the story over, so watch them in order.

Bought a membership on candyshorts.com without an account? That works, but the paywall warns "After purchase, you'll need to confirm your account to maintain access", and the terms give you generally 7 calendar days to claim a Candy.ai account. If you don't, the subscription is cancelled and won't renew, so claim it straight after paying.

Once you are signed in, account settings sit under My Profile → Settings. That is where you change the card on file ("Change payment method", card payments only), cancel the membership ("Unsubscribe", at the bottom of the page) and, under the Danger Zone, delete the account. Cancelling keeps Premium running to the end of the period you paid for; deleting the account also cancels an active subscription. Full steps in how to cancel Candy AI.

Devices: phone first, any browser

Candy Shorts runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Candy AI's help center states that it "does not offer a native mobile app for iOS or Android" (article updated June 19, 2026). Instead, candy.ai works as a web app you can pin to your home screen; the site's own prompt says to tap "Share", then "Add to Home Screen". candyshorts.com has no web-app manifest, so there an ordinary bookmark is the shortcut.

The episodes are vertical and short, built for a phone held upright, but any modern browser will do. Apps in the App Store and Google Play with "Candy" in the name are made by other developers, not EverAI, and there is no official APK. Details in the Candy Shorts app guide.

On a shared phone or computer, remember that Candy Shorts is adult content and not safe for work. Because it runs in the browser, removing it means clearing the browser data and deleting the home-screen icon if you added one; payments show on statements as "EverAI".

Watching the free episodes without an account

The fastest way in needs no login at all. Open any regular series on candyshorts.com, Boys Not Allowed for example, and episodes 1 and 2 play straight from the series page as a guest. That holds for all 123 regular series, 246 free episodes in total, each under two minutes. Episode 3 brings up the membership paywall.

The free pair is the real start of each story, not a trailer: the setup, the characters, the premise, and no nudity. To choose by premise first, our series list covers every title, and Candy Shorts free episodes explains the rules in full.

Finding series: filters and tags on candy.ai

The Candy Shorts tab on candy.ai has two layers of filters. Scopes split the library by cast:

• All: the whole library.
• Candy Creators: series starring the AI twins of real creators, such as Riley Reid, Bonnie Blue, Sophie Dee and Mia Malkova. See digital twins.
• Candy characters: Candy AI's own recurring cast; our characters page maps who leads which series.
• Other characters: the remaining titles.

Tags then narrow the list by theme. On October 2, 2026 they were New, Spicy, Stepsister, Milf, Cuckold, Nympho, Stepmom, Wife, Taboo, Fantasy, Teacher and Maid. "New" is the quickest way to see recent releases. Apart from Spicy, which marks a tier, the tags describe a premise, not how explicit a series gets.

How to find the Spicy series

The 9 Spicy series are hidden from guests. Logged out, the library shows only a placeholder ("Spicy Series – Sign up to discover all spicy Shorts series"), and candyshorts.com doesn't list them at all: a Spicy title's address there returns a 404 page. To see them, sign in on candy.ai with your 18+ account, open the Candy Shorts tab and pick the Spicy tag. Spicy titles have no free episodes, so a membership is needed from episode 1. Subtitles and dubbing

Most series carry subtitles in six languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. 27 also offer Japanese, and a small number have none. Dubbed audio in French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese exists on 14 series, among them Mona's Worst Enemy and YES MA'AM; everything else has English audio. You pick the language from the player's subtitle menu, and each of our series pages lists its own languages. The candyshorts.com interface itself can be switched between English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.

Troubleshooting

• The site won't load in your country. Candy AI's terms forbid access from China and Singapore.
• Episode 3 is locked. That's the paywall, not a bug: from episode 3 you need the membership, or tokens on candy.ai.
• The Spicy tier is missing. Sign in on candy.ai; it is never shown on candyshorts.com.
• You paid but have no access. If you checked out on candyshorts.com as a guest, claim your Candy.ai account within about 7 days.
• Wrong or old email. Accounts and tokens can't be transferred to someone else. To change your own email, support asks for the first six and last four digits of the card you paid with, plus proof of payment.
• Support. Write to support@candymail.ai, the address used across Candy AI's pages (one help article gives support@candyai.ai instead). The help center is at everai.zendesk.com.

Official domains only

The Candy AI official site is candy.ai, the Shorts-only site is candyshorts.com, help lives at everai.zendesk.com, and charges show as EverAI. Lookalike domains, "Candy" apps from other developers and sites offering full episodes for free are not Candy AI: at best they carry trimmed teasers, at worst they want your login or card.
