Privacy policy

How CandyShortsAI.us handles data. The short version: no accounts, no ad trackers, no analytics cookies, and server logs that are deleted automatically.

Who is responsible

This policy covers candyshortsai.us, an independent informational website about Candy AI Shorts. It is not operated by Candy AI or EverAI Limited, and it does not cover their services: when you follow a link to Candy AI, their own privacy notice applies.

What we collect

Server logs. Like every website, our web server records each request: the IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser's user-agent string. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure (for example to block abusive traffic). They are rotated daily and deleted automatically after at most 52 days.

Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the name and email address you enter and your message. We use them only to reply, and delete them once the matter is closed, at the latest after 12 months.

We do not run analytics or advertising scripts, do not create user profiles and do not sell or share personal data.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies. Your browser may cache pages and fonts to load them faster; that cache stays on your device.

Some links to Candy AI carry a tracking code so that Candy AI can attribute a subscription to this site. The code is part of the link itself; we do not receive your personal data from Candy AI, only aggregated figures about referrals. Once you are on Candy AI's site, their privacy notice and cookie policy apply.

Fonts and third parties

Fonts and images are served from our own server. The site loads no third-party scripts, so visiting it does not send your IP address to anyone but us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or state privacy laws in the US), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Because we hold so little — server logs and any message you sent — the simplest way to exercise these rights is to write to us through the contact page. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes

If we change how the site handles data — for example if we ever add analytics — we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
