Premise
On a military base, the lowest-ranked recruit in the unit gets singled out by Diana Demont, a sergeant nobody dares approach. The series is told from the recruit's point of view, and her attention lifts him out of the grind of basic duty into a far more complicated position.
That position is dangerous for a simple reason: the sergeant is the Colonel's wife, and he is a senior officer who outranks everyone involved. Over the course of the story the recruit becomes the one person who sees who she is beyond rank and discipline. It is a power-play premise wrapped in a military romance, with the chain of command as its main obstacle.
Setting: A present-day military base under the Colonel's command.
Tone: high-stakes chain-of-command romance.
Format and episodes
There are 20 episodes of YES MA'AM as of October 2, 2026, which makes it one of the longer runs in the catalogue. Each one is a vertical clip of under two minutes, built for a phone held upright, so the full story is well under an hour of viewing.
The first two episodes are free to watch, and the padlock starts at episode 3: 18 episodes sit behind the paywall. Each episode picks up exactly where the previous one stopped, so skipping ahead does not work well.

Who is in it
The series is led by Diana Demont, an AI-generated character created by Candy AI. Candy reuses its characters across stories, and Diana Demont also leads three other series: Got Stuck With My Girlfriend's Stepmom, YES, DIRECTOR and Yes, Coach. See every recurring face on the characters page.
What is free and what is paid
You can watch the first two episodes for free, which is enough to see whether the premise and the AI acting work for you. The remaining 18 unlock with Candy AI Premium ($3.99/month billed yearly, $8.99/month quarterly or $13.99 monthly), or one at a time inside candy.ai for 12 tokens an episode.
Candy's own terms add a caveat worth knowing: "A limited number of candyshorts episodes and tokens are included in a subscription, and further access to episodes is available for an amount of tokens disclosed in the product." The paywall itself promises "unlimited access to exclusive stories", so check the unlock screen if a series ever asks for tokens on top of your plan.
Prices are the US checkout on October 2, 2026; the full breakdown, including renewals and refunds, is in our price guide, and the free tier is mapped out in what you can watch free.
Content notes
YES MA'AM is adult entertainment for viewers 18 and over. The two free episodes set up the situation and keep things suggestive; the paid episodes are where most regular series include nudity and sex scenes. It is not part of the Spicy tier, the label Candy AI reserves for its most explicit titles. Every character is AI-generated and presented as an adult.

Where to watch YES MA'AM
Full episodes stream only on candyshorts.com and in the Candy Shorts tab of candy.ai. Uploads elsewhere that claim to be full episodes are something else — our Dailymotion check found none, and "leak" pages are bait: what those links really are.
Our take
Diana Demont has a clear specialty in this catalogue: the married authority figure who chooses a subordinate. YES, DIRECTOR puts that dynamic in an office, Yes, Coach moves it to a pro football team, and YES MA'AM takes it to a military base, where the gap in rank is as formal as it gets. Fans of either of those titles will know the shape of the setup immediately.
The difference is scale. With 20 episodes, YES MA'AM is four times the length of a standard Candy AI Short and one of the longest series in the catalogue, behind only My Bestie Betrayed Me among titles with a listed count. That gives the premise room for a slower build than its five-episode siblings, so treat it as a proper binge rather than a quick watch.
Who it is for: Viewers who enjoyed YES, DIRECTOR or Yes, Coach and want the same rank-and-marriage dynamic at greater length, plus anyone who likes a long-form power-play romance with a military backdrop.
