Candy AI Private Content: packs, the Feed and your collection

Private Content, unlocked with tokens Packs unlock with tokens · Premium adds 100 tokens a month

Private Content is the part of Candy AI that a subscription doesn't open by itself. What the packs are, how they look before you unlock them, what they cost in tokens, and how they differ from the Feed and the place your own creations are kept.

Short answer Tokens per pack

Candy AI Private Content is a set of extra image and video packs from individual characters, which the help center calls My Private Content (MPC) packs, each unlocked separately with tokens. A subscription doesn't open them by itself: Premium's part is the 100 tokens a month you can spend on them. Pack prices are only shown after sign-in; in September 2026 screenshots they were 300 to 325 tokens each.

Candy AI private content is easy to confuse with the rest of the platform, because it shares a sidebar with the Feed, your Collection and Candy Shorts. This guide separates them, using Candy AI's help center, terms and public pages as read on October 2, 2026, plus screenshots of a free account from September 2026. The packs themselves sit behind sign-in, and we haven't bought any, so current prices are something we couldn't verify.

What a Private Content pack is

In the help center's list of what tokens pay for, one line reads "Unlocking My Private Content (MPC) Packs". Packs belong to individual characters, and the help center says you view them through "the My Private Content button under the character's profile after opening the chat window". There is also a Private Content entry in the sidebar, marked with a heart-lock icon, and a homepage card that reads "Unlock Private Content". Character cards on the homepage carry an MPC badge next to the icons for Live Action and Shorts, so you can tell which characters have packs before you open a chat.

The key point is that packs are paid for with tokens, not with the plan. A help article written for subscribers who are surprised to be asked for more tokens explains it: regular chat stays usable with no tokens, but images, videos, voice and MPC packs need a token balance. Premium's role is the 100 tokens it credits each month.

What the grid looks like

Guests who click Private Content get the sign-up window. In September 2026, screenshots taken on a free account showed a grid of blurred cards with a search box and an All / Most liked switch. Each card carried the character's name, a video runtime of roughly seven to nine minutes, a photo count of around 40, a token price, an approval percentage and an Unlock button. The prices on the cards shown were 300, 310 and 325 tokens, with approval between 89 and 96 percent.

Treat those numbers as a dated snapshot, not a price list: today the pack pages redirect guests to sign-in, and Candy AI publishes no prices for them. In those screenshots, nothing beyond the blurred thumbnail and the card's figures was visible before unlocking, which makes the approval percentage the only quality signal on offer.

How to unlock a pack

  1. Sign in. Guests only see a sign-up prompt.
  2. Find the pack, either from Private Content in the sidebar or by opening a chat and pressing My Private Content under the character's profile.
  3. Read the card first. In September 2026 each one showed its token price before you clicked anything.
  4. Check your balance. Premium credits 100 tokens on your subscription date each month, yearly plans included; more are sold at candy.ai/tokens.
  5. Press Unlock. Once tokens are spent, the terms rule out a refund on them.

Exclusive Characters: the other token unlock

Candy AI also sells Exclusive Characters, which the help center describes as limited-time characters "unlocked for a set number of tokens (e.g., 200 tokens)". An Exclusive Character "usually includes a Private Content pack featuring SFW and NSFW images and videos", and once unlocked it appears in My AI under Exclusive. At the help center's example price, that is two months of Premium's token allowance. Which characters are on offer at any moment isn't visible to guests. Premium Plus adds early access to new characters, three days ahead, which is a separate perk.

The Feed, Collection and My Generations

Three other names in the sidebar are easy to mix up with Private Content:

Feed (Discover)Public posts of AI-generated images and videos, with a Chat Now button; free to browse
Collection, Gallery, My GenerationsWhere your own creations are kept; the name depends on the page, and the page is behind sign-in
My AIThe characters you created, plus Exclusive Characters you unlocked
Private ContentToken-priced packs from characters, opened from each character's profile

The Feed is the sidebar's Discover entry, a page titled "Feed | Candy.ai" and described as "Discover and explore AI-generated images and videos". It is public: on October 2, 2026 its first page returned eight video posts with like counts between 7,505 and 15,270, published between January 31 and February 7, 2026. It works as a shop window for characters rather than as paid content.

Where your own work goes is less clear, because Candy AI's pages don't agree on a name. The sidebar says Collection, the footer says Gallery, the Build Your Video help article says My Generations, the cams page says My Collections, and the chat page warns that a deleted message's picture stays "still visible in your gallery". All of them point at an area guests can't open, and Candy AI doesn't document it publicly, so we can't say whether unlocked packs also show up there. The only documented way back to a pack is the character's My Private Content button. What you generate yourself is covered in the image generator and video generator guides, and My AI in the character creator guide.

Premium costs $3.99 a month on the annual plan (billed $47.88), $8.99 a month quarterly or $13.99 monthly. Premium Plus is described in the help center as the newest tier, but its price isn't shown to visitors who aren't signed in.

What your tokens buy

Tokens are one balance for everything, so a pack competes with every other extra. Some reference points, all from official pages except where marked:

  • A Private Content pack: 300 to 325 tokens in the September 2026 screenshots, three months or more of Premium's allowance.
  • An Exclusive Character: 200 tokens in the help center's example.
  • A Candy Shorts episode inside candy.ai: 12 tokens from episode 3 on, 30 on creator series.
  • A 5-second generated video scene: 12 tokens in the video builder's page code.
  • A phone call: 3 tokens a minute at the beta price; Candy Roulette costs 5 tokens a minute.

Token packs are sold at candy.ai/tokens, which only opens after sign-in, so their prices aren't verified. The one official dollar figure is the referral program, which gives you and the person you invite 200 tokens each, "(a $20 value)", once they subscribe; you need to be Premium to invite. That suggests roughly 10 cents a token, which would put a 300-token pack at around $30, as a ballpark only. Tokens can't be transferred or exchanged for money. Plans, renewals and cost per episode are in the Candy AI price guide.

Refunds and cancelling: the token fine print

  • Token refunds. The terms say a refund for tokens is refused "if you have used your tokens". Unlocking a pack uses them.
  • Subscription refunds. Only within 24 hours of payment, only if you have used 20 tokens or fewer, and only for card payments. Spending more than 20 tokens on day one, on a pack or anything else, closes that door.
  • EU and UK. You can withdraw within 14 days of the initial purchase, with the refund reduced in proportion to what you used. Renewals aren't covered.
  • Tokens after cancelling. The official sources contradict each other. A help article updated August 25, 2026 says "Canceling your subscription does NOT delete your tokens". The terms, revised September 22, 2026, say "Any remaining tokens in your account will expire and become unusable" and won't carry over, and the candyshorts.com terms add that leftover tokens "cannot be carried over to a new subscription". We can't tell you which one Candy AI applies; the safe assumption is the stricter one.

Unlocked content has its own small print. The help center says cancelling keeps your chats, images, characters and history while the account stays active, but packs aren't named. The terms also allow Candy AI to remove account content "after defined periods of inactivity", and characters can be removed for reworks, moderation or licensing, with no refund under the terms. The steps for ending a plan are in how to cancel Candy AI.

Privacy and sharing

Token purchases and subscriptions show on a bank statement as "EverAI", not Candy AI. Packs are tied to your account, which can't be transferred to another email, and so are the tokens in it. Sharing is restricted: commercial use of Candy AI content is prohibited, personal sharing is allowed for images of your own Create My AI characters, and Candy AI says "Do not post content created via characters featured on the 'Explore' or homepage." Packs come from Candy AI's own characters, so nothing in those rules lets you repost them. Billing, data and discretion are covered in is Candy AI safe?

Is Private Content worth the tokens?

Only for a specific character you already like. At the September 2026 prices, a single pack cost as many tokens as about 25 standard Shorts episodes inside candy.ai, and the screenshots showed only a blurred thumbnail, a runtime and an approval score before paying. If you want something to watch, start with the free Shorts episodes; if a pack still appeals, read its price and rating first and make sure your balance covers it. The rest of the platform is mapped in the Candy AI tools hub.

Frequently asked questions

What is Candy AI Private Content?

Extra packs of images and videos from individual characters, which Candy AI's help center calls My Private Content (MPC) packs. Each pack is unlocked separately with tokens, and you open a character's packs from the My Private Content button under their profile in the chat.

How much does Candy AI Private Content cost?

Candy AI doesn't publish pack prices to visitors who aren't signed in. In September 2026 screenshots of the grid, packs were priced at 300 to 325 tokens each; treat that as a dated snapshot. Exclusive Characters unlock for a set number of tokens, 200 in the help center's example.

Does Premium include Private Content?

Not directly. Premium adds 100 tokens a month, which you can spend on packs, but the help center says Private Content packs, like images, video and voice, need a token balance even with an active subscription. See the price guide for plans and tokens.

Can I see Candy AI Private Content for free?

You can see that it exists. Guests who click Private Content get a sign-up prompt; in September 2026 a free account could browse the grid of blurred packs and their prices, but unlocking needed tokens. The public Feed of images and videos is free to browse.

Can I get a refund for a Private Content pack?

Unlikely. Candy AI's terms say token refunds are refused "if you have used your tokens", and unlocking a pack uses them. A subscription refund is only possible within 24 hours of payment, with 20 tokens or fewer used, and only for card payments.

Do I keep unlocked packs if I cancel Premium?

Candy AI's help center says that after cancelling, "all your chats, images, characters, and history remain available as long as your account stays active"; it doesn't name packs specifically. Unspent tokens are another matter: the help center says they stay, the terms say they expire.
