Premise

With the whole family watching, the groom's fiancée's mother shuts down his bachelor party before it can happen. Later that night, while her daughter, his fiancée, sleeps upstairs, she turns out to have an alternative celebration in mind, and two of her friends turn up as it begins.

The premise is a seduction plot built on a reversal: the person who publicly enforces the rules is the one who quietly breaks them. It is an infidelity story with a strong control element, since the bride's mother sets the terms of the night, and the sleeping fiancée keeps the risk of discovery close. Antonella Larrea is the lead character.

Setting: The house of the groom's fiancée's mother, on the night she calls off the bachelor party.

Tone: rule-breaking in-law seduction plot.

Format and episodes

Not Under My Roof runs five episodes, the standard length for the catalogue. Episodes are short vertical clips — Candy AI's own help pages put them at under two minutes each — so the whole series takes under ten minutes back to back.

Episodes 1 and 2 play free; the remaining three need a paid membership. The story carries over from one episode to the next, so watch them in order.

The audio is English only; subtitles are available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Japanese.

Who is in it

The series is led by Antonella Larrea, an AI-generated character created by Candy AI. Candy reuses its characters across stories, and Antonella Larrea also leads two other series: My Girlfriend's Sister Just Got Divorced and I Can See Through Everyone But Her. See every recurring face on the characters page.

What is free and what is paid

Episodes 1 and 2 cost nothing and play straight from the series page on candyshorts.com. For the other three there are two routes: Candy AI Premium — $3.99 a month on the annual plan ($47.88 billed once), $8.99 a month quarterly or $13.99 month to month — or, inside candy.ai, buying single episodes with tokens, 12 tokens each for this series.

Candy's own terms add a caveat worth knowing: "A limited number of candyshorts episodes and tokens are included in a subscription, and further access to episodes is available for an amount of tokens disclosed in the product." The paywall itself promises "unlimited access to exclusive stories", so check the unlock screen if a series ever asks for tokens on top of your plan.

Prices are the US checkout on October 2, 2026; the full breakdown, including renewals and refunds, is in our price guide, and the free tier is mapped out in what you can watch free.

Content notes

Not Under My Roof is adult entertainment for viewers 18 and over. The two free episodes set up the situation and keep things suggestive; the paid episodes are where most regular series include nudity and sex scenes. It is not part of the Spicy tier, the label Candy AI reserves for its most explicit titles. Every character is AI-generated and presented as an adult.

Where to watch Not Under My Roof

Our take

Not Under My Roof gets a lot out of its title. The phrase casts the mother-in-law as the household authority, and the premise flips that authority into the source of the trouble. On paper it is one of the more theatrical setups in the catalogue, with a public scene, a private reversal and extra characters arriving to complicate things.

The future-in-law theme recurs across Candy AI Shorts, so comparisons are easy: My Bachelor Gift was My Fiancée's Mom, Bachelor Party with My Fiancée's Mother and One Room with My Fiancée’s Mother work similar territory, judging by their titles. Where this one differs, on paper, is the emphasis on house rules and who gets to set them. It sticks to five episodes.

Who it is for: Viewers who like in-law infidelity stories with a power-play premise, where the character who lays down the rules is also the one breaking them, and who do not mind a busier, multi-character setup.
