Premise
In the world of NightWire, memories can be moved and smuggled, and the woman at the center of the story makes her living dealing in other people's experiences. Each job means diving into a life that is not her own and carrying it somewhere else.
One job breaks the pattern. It drops her into a deeply personal night from a stranger's life, and the stranger somehow knows the one name she has always kept private. Olivia Carter leads the series, which sets up a cyberpunk mystery about identity and exposure, where the central question is how someone inside a memory could know her secret.
Setting: A cyberpunk near future in which memories can be smuggled and relived.

Five episodes make up NightWire. Like every Candy Shorts title it is cut into vertical episodes of under two minutes that end on a hook, which puts the whole series at under ten minutes.

The hook is a question rather than a temptation, and that alone sets it apart from the domestic and workplace stories that dominate the lineup.
On paper the five-episode format is a tight fit for a premise with this much world-building attached, so the mystery will likely have to carry more weight than the setting.
