Premise
When a timid newcomer starts temping at a London office, she becomes the instant fixation of the man who runs it. His interest is obvious from the outset, and an affair between the two of them follows, one that breaks every expectation of how a boss should treat a new hire.
Standing in the way is his personal assistant, who is jealous of the newcomer and determined to bring the relationship down by any means available to her.
